• Kid-friendly The Emerald Heart Cottage is a recently renovated and newly furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in a cozy neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, Florida just 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach and downtown Pensacola. This home sleeps 13 people comfortably and features a beautiful private pool in the back yard. The open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and modern appliances, and a brand new washer and dryer in the garage laundry room will make your stay on the emerald coast of Florida fantastic. Enjoy the privacy of your own pool after a day at the beach while lounging around the fully furnished covered patio with a fire pit and taking advantage of the modern patio grill. The Sunset Children's Park and Splash Pad is just a short 5 minutes walk from the house where kids can enjoy the playground featuring a skate park, recreation center, and a splash pad area with mechanical animals that shoot water. One mile away from the house is another park named Shoreline Park that includes boat launches, public swimming areas, trail systems, and more. This park is perfect for paddle sports, hiking, fishing, packing a picnic, launching your boat, and so much more. Finally, if you have not experienced the awesome US Navy Blue Angels flying overhead on the beach it's a must see! The Blue Angels make practice runs quite frequently and typically offer two flight demonstrations per year.

Ocean Dreams
The master suite has a King bed, 43" 4K LED Smart TV, a walk-in closet and a master bath. The two phone docks ensure your phone is available for all the pictures you will take on your trip. Sleep well in the incredibly comfortable cloud-like bed while dreaming about your ocean adventures.

Pipers Cover
The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, double closet , 43" 4K LED Smart TV, and a phone charging dock to keep your devices fully charged.

White Sands
The third bedroom has a phenomenal Queen bed, 43" 4K LED Smart TV, and a double closet along with phone dock. Plenty of room for your personal items, luggage, and all the treasures you collect while visiting.

Blue Angels Flight Deck
The fourth bedroom is perfect for children with two brand new bunk beds (twins) and a trundle (5 beds). There is a double closet and a 43" 4K LED Smart TV to keep the little ones entertained.

The living room features a new Queen fold out sleeper sofa, loveseat, lounger, fireplace, and a brand new 75" 4K LED Smart TV to enjoy all the big games or a fun movie night.

The house was built in 1973, so the two vintage bathrooms are not spacious but offer modern amenities like a smart mirror with makeup lighting and defogger and all the fresh towels you and your group could want. One bathroom has a shower and the other a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless appliances, oven, a microwave, and dishwasher. The refrigerator has ice and water dispensers on the doors. The kitchen is equipped with every small appliance you would expect including a waffle iron, programmable slow cooker, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker with a single serve setting for pods or a loose grounds setting for a pot.

You have the option of packing light because this home has a new high-volume washer and dryer located in the garage laundry room.

Three things guests love about our home:
- AWESOME LOCATION just minutes from the beach and downtown Pensacola!
- The backyard POOL is a perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach.
- PERFECT for larger friends and family gatherings accommodating max of 13 people.

Two things guests don’t love about our home:
- Not directly on the beach…but the beach is just minutes away.
- Bathrooms are small in this 1970’s built home. We upgraded the amenities, but they are smaller spaces.

Guest access
With a two-car garage and double driveway guests can easily park six cars. Do not park along the street. No need for keys because you will receive your own code for door entry.

Other things to note
This is a completely NON-SMOKING and NO PET nor any ANIMALS residence. Resident quiet time is 10:00 PM-9:00 AM CST, so please respect our neighbors by keeping noise minimal during this time. The house is video monitored with security cameras in common areas inside and outside the home 24 hours per day 7 days a week, so any guest violating the house rules will be asked to leave the premises permanently without refund.

Although the property is child friendly, please take usual precautions with your children as the home has not been outfitted with safety features for items such as stove controls nor pool fencing. Additionally, you are responsible for monitoring the swimming pool area, fire pit, and maintaining your own travel insurance throughout your stay at our home.
