The space
If you enjoy a rustic, quiet and peaceful stay in the country but still want to be close to all Sacramento has to offer this is a great home for you. (If you're looking for something new and pristine this may not be the spot for you.) Come stay in our rural home on 1.5 acres. Quiet and restful; you'll feel like you're in the country with all Sacramento's attractions nearby.

The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker and a brand new dishwasher. Both bedrooms have top-rated and extremely comfortable mattresses with luxurious high thread count sheets. The home comes with WIFI and a new 60 inch 4K Smart TV with many channels including HBO. The living room is filled with light from the sliding glass doors which open onto the new deck.

Our huge deck overlooks the pool giving you a serene view of the tall trees on our two-acre lot across the driveway. Here you will find comfortable lounge chairs and an 11-foot umbrella offering cooling shade in the middle of the day. The umbrella also boasts a built-in solar lighting system creating a special ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine after sundown.

Our smaller one-bedroom cottage across the driveway is also available on Airbnb. We call it our comfy cozy cottage. Both houses are completely separate, only sharing the laundry room.

Above and beyond the comfort, be assured that we meet the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Sierra worked for years in a hospital and is up-to-date on all standards for cleaning and disinfection. She is 100% knowledgeable for every aspect of keeping our homes safe from all viral and other health threats, and we maintain our homes to meet and exceed all health department standards. For your safety we keep our homes vacant for a minimum of 3 days between guests.

Sacramento is located in Northern California approximately 2 hours from San Francisco, Reno or Lake Tahoe and approximately 3 hours from Yosemite. Pets possible with an additional security deposit and proof of up to date flea and tick protection and all shots. You will need a car, but the American River, golf course, historic old mining towns, state capital and delta are just a few of the things you'll find in Northern California.
