Maximum 8 guests
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No smoking inside the home
Breeo sear plate gets extremely hot — please supervise children and use caution
Pool is seasonal: open April through September
Please put trash bins out Thursday evening for Friday morning pickup — I'll handle taking them to the curb. Once pickup has happened, please return the empty cans to the house

I'm Steve, a Cleveland-area Superhost with five years of hosting experience across multiple Northeast Ohio properties. I stop by discreetly twice a week — Monday and Friday mornings — to check pool and hot tub chemicals. You won't be interrupted. You won't even know I was there.
