Fully updated with modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen, the house features three spacious bedrooms. The dining area and screened-in porch offer stunning water views, making every meal a feast for the senses.

Perfect for entertaining, the property features ample space for gathering or seeking solitude. Outside, a private dock awaits for fishing, or sunbathing. The expansive deck, complete with a grill, is ideal for al fresco dining.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-Property does have cameras on the premises for security purposes only
-No smoking
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-At low tide, the water is roughly 6 inches.
-The dock is 16ft long.
-Water here is muddy, you can fish here but should not swim.
