The Space
Fully renovated while keeping original details, the house has wonderful water garden views. The main floor has an open living area with two sitting areas, a library and formal dining area off the kitchen that leads into a beautiful den/TV room with sofa to enjoy watching TV or reading and easy access to the side courtyard and garden.

Designer furniture with architecturally designed custom lighting and contemporary artwork is throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Thermador range, dishwasher and large family sized refrigerator plus wine fridge. The kitchen comes equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker. A bar area is also equipped with all the glassware for your needs. There is a bathroom on first floor as well.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are facing the garden with beautiful views.

The backyard has a great BBQ grill with outdoor entertaining in a tuscan style garden
complete with tables & chairs to seat 8+ people.
There's a courtyard with seating & table for morning breakfast in the sunshine.
