THE SPACE:

The property sits at one of the high-level tower in all of Florida with breathtaking views of both the ocean and city. All of the interiors (public spaces and suites) are created by Pininfarina, the Italian design firm noted for its collaborations with Ferrari !
Exclusive and luxury building with resort amenities including gym, pool, beach service and complimentary beach shuttle ( 4 people max). This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups up to 8 people.
Professionally designed interior, an awesome panoramic view, an ocean view from the master bedroom and living area with coastal views and everything necessary for you to have a comfortable stay!
Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.
First Bedroom (OceanView):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen smart TV.
Second Bedroom (Intercostal view):
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bay/city view. This bedroom has flat screen smart TV as well.
Third Bedroom (Intercostal view):
The third bedroom has a queen size bed and as other bedrooms this bedroom has flat screen smart TV. Plenty of closet space and an in suite full bathroom with shower make this room just as desirable as the master.
We do have washer/dryer in the apartment!

- Service Hours: Available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
- Beach Location: Provided off-site, about a 5-minute walk from the building (the resort is not directly on the beach).
- Access: Show your Beachwalk wristband or room key to the attendant.
- Included in Resort Fee: No additional payment required at the beach.
- No Reservations: First come, first served—limited availability during peak hours.

- Pool
The resort pool is a stunning waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy a spacious sundeck, comfortable loungers, and tropical landscaping - perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or relaxing from sunrise until sunset.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):
1. Resort Fee $30 + tax per night*
2. Valet Parking $28 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit of $250 to cover any incidental costs in your unit.**
*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included
**Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a check-in form upon arrival.
- Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.
For long stays, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates.
While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.
If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.
Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
