Come stay at a newly renovated, one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Burlington, just steps away from the Church Street Marketplace. Enjoy a ten-minute walk down to the waterfront of Lake Champlain and the Burlington bike path or take a trip to the mountains for the day. In the evenings enjoy all that Downtown Burlington has to offer from shops, breweries, restaurants, and energetic nightlife.
The space
This apartment has been designed to feel like home. This unique space offers an open living area with a modern, clean, and comfortable feel. The apartment is furnished with a brand new American Leather sleeper sofa, antiques, and fine art. Coffee and tea is always available for guests. The kitchen is fully fitted to cook to your heart's desire. We have collected maps and local information about things to do in and surrounding Burlington, including our favorite places to eat and shop. You will find this information in the workspace area. The workspace is complete with a desk that is made from a two-inch-thick slab of live edge pine.

Excellent apartment

The apartment itself was superb!! Brand new, very clean, had every amenity that we could ever want., including washer/dryer/iron/coffeemaker and full kitchen. Decor was so tasteful, even supplied tea, coffee, lovely soaps and supplies in the bathroom. Had no complaints about the apartment. Burlington itself, was a disappointment. So many homeless, mentally ill people in the quaint little town that was the reason we came to Burlington. we did not feel comfortable walking around at night. but.... the apartment was so convenient to the shopping, restaurants and gorgoeus Lake Champlain.

Beautiful, roomy rental

The place was huge for the 2 of us, and looked like it was recently remodeled. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful. We would rent it again.

Very enjoyable stay!

Completely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and perfectly clean property, fully updated and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Convenient location for those who want to be near Church Street Marketplace. Gracious and helpful communication from Gabriela, the property manager. All in all, everything one wants in a rental.

Nice remodel, too bad it is not in a better neighborhood

This rental was indeed nice, well appointed and clean, we did have an issue with the mattress being too hard, and I like a firm mattress. The owner offered up a mattress topper that was already in the unit, which worked, not great but we were able to sleep. There was also a smell in the apartment that I believe was coming up from the basement area and under the door into the unit. We put a towel on the floor from the inside and the smell went away. It would be great if a door sweep was added and little door insulation added to the door to keep out the basement odors. In addition, I have to comment on the area this is located in, which looked like college living houses, the house next to this property (although they were quiet) is not well kept there was quite a bit of trash everywhere, we felt like we could not walk around at night since the whole neighborhood area around Chruch St. was unkept and lots of graffiti everywhere. Ask for the address and check it out on Google Maps. I will do the same in the future.
