In the center of Playa del Carmen, this area has an exceptional location if you want to enjoy the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the nightlife of the most famous places in Playa del Carmen and everything can be found walking very little.

You don't need to drive, from the condo, you can walk everywhere, shops, restaurants, gyms, bars and access to the beach. But if what you want is to explore other tourist attractions, you can take a taxi, take an ADO bus at the 5th Avenue terminal or walk to the “colectivos” terminal (public transport with A/C), with this service or in ADO, you can visit the area of Akumal, Tulum and Cancun.
We have some rules that I would like to inform you of. I know the rules are boring, but we would really appreciate it if you could read them quickly.

#1 - Please clean the dishes
- If you used dishes during your stay, we would appreciate it if you could clean them. This would be of great help to us.
#2 - Number of guests
- Make sure the total number of guests matches your reservation. If you have more guests than you booked, you will not be covered by Airbnb insurance. This is bad for everyone!
#3 - Check Out - Departure is at 11am
- Our maid will arrive shortly after 11:00 am to clean the property. We can't stop her, she's a cleaning machine
- Please, do not forget to leave all the rubbish in the containers located in the underground parking upon your departure.
#4 - Lights and Air Conditioning
- We really appreciate it if you could turn off all the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment each day and at check-out. At bee my guest we are aware of the environment and our surroundings.
#5 - It is forbidden for all guests:
- Use the condominium or any area of ​​the building for any activity prohibited by law, including the consumption of illegal substances. In case of suspicious activity, the corresponding authorities will be called.
- Bring pets or animals to the condominium.
- Improper use of electrical appliances, candles or other elements can cause a fire.
- Carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the property or other guests.
- Subtract any item of property. Any missing item in the condo will be charged to the guest.
- Make sure you always leave the door and windows tightly closed when you leave your condominium, light bulbs and air conditioning off.
# 6 - Common areas
- Glass items are not permitted anywhere in the pool area, including tables and seating areas.
- The use of speakers and toys that may interfere with the safety or tranquility of others is not allowed.
