The Surf 203 is a barrier free 1 bedroom + 2 bathroom luxury condo unit with a West facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a twin, plus a pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate up to 5 guests. This unit is on the second floor. 1 outdoor municipal parking pass is provided, space subject to availability.

All units have access to the common rooftop terrace, which includes barbeques, lounge chairs, pergolas, a hot tub, & seating areas. The building also has a covered parking garage (spots reserved for specific units), & elevator access for guests.

Visit shops, restaurants, bars, mini put, and the beach right at The Bend's doorstep. Or explore the greater Lambton Shores area for provincial parks, golf courses, wineries, breweries, and more!

No on-site laundry for guests, please visit one of the nearby laundromats.

There is no laundry service, but an adequate supply of towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels and extra towels if you feel necessary.
Rooftop Terrace Policy:
- Open from 7:00am to 9:00 pm.
- For registered guest use only.
- The rooftop is a non-smoking area.
- Please be mindful of neighbors and other condo guests and keep conversations at a considerate volume.
- No loud music is permitted.
- Private events involving non-condo guests are not permitted.
- Do not block the entrances/exits to either stairway leading to the rooftop terrace.
- Food & beverages are permitted. Please dispose of all garbage and keep the area clean.
- Children (under 13) must be always accompanied by an adult (18 or older).
