Welcome to your warm, family friendly home featuring a spacious boho feel. This space features 4 unique bedrooms. Two on the lower level and two in the upper quarters of the home for added privacy and minimal sound.

Lower quarters

Living room:
This room has a fresh and welcoming feel that guaranteed to make you feel right at home no matter the distance you're traveling from. This spacious living area is an open concept with a boho vibe with a traditional twist featuring bright light, a large sectional sofa, and smart TV.

Kitchen/dining area:
Opening up right from the living room you'll find yourself peering into a spacious dining room full of bright light, cozy vibes and a complimentary coffee bar. This area has a 6 person dining table for added comfort and opens directly into our large kitchen area. The kitchen features a stove, built in microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has an emphasis on all things gentle featuring a queen size bed, smart TV, and a soft color scheme for maximum relaxation.

Bedroom 2
Stepping into our second bedroom you'll be transported into a vibrant boho styled space featuring a queen size bed, smart tv, and two person sized closet.

This cozy bathroom features a full size tub/shower bathed in natural light while still maintaining privacy.

Guests can access our property with through our smartlock and code which is provided the morning of the booking.

Quiet hours: To respect the neighbors and other guests, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Maximum occupancy: The is a maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 10. All guests must be included in the reservation request

Dogs are allowed but please be sure to include them in the booking and the fee is required. Any damages to the property due to pets will be charged to the guests.

Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, similar to how they found it.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property and its contents.
