Rustic Retreat Cottage sleeps 6 with a lake view!

The Rustic Retreat sleeps 6 w/2 bedrooms & a loft. Knotty pine throughout the house has been preserved wonderfully in this cottage! Enjoy sitting on the screened in porch with a table & chairs for eating or playing games. The deck has a patio table, chairs & a view of Lake Huron! Bdrm 1 has a queen, bdrm 2 & the loft each have 2 twins. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a new couch, large screen TV, an AC & hardwood floors throughout.

The Rustic Retreat is only 4.2 miles south of downtown Lexington! The yard has a fire pit, picnic table and lots of room to play corn hole, volleyball, badminton with a view of Lake Huron!

This cottage is located in a mature treed friendly neighborhood. Bring your bikes!

It is recommended to bring your car to enjoy everything that Lexington has to offer!

- One Dog is allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional $50 fee to bring your dog.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Only 1 dog is allowed with PRIOR permission. $50.00 additional cost. Dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks.
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed
