Welcome to our apartment unit within walking distance from the Art and Design Districts in the heart of Miami. Located nearby cool new bars, galleries, boutiques, clubs, and amazing restaurants. This apartment is perfect for art enthusiasts and creative souls. You will not find anything else like it in Miami.
The space
Please do not hesitate to inquire before attempting a booking request. This allows us to answer any questions and make sure all info is correct.
This second-floor apartment is set up to sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. It is also perfect for working and using for creative purposes.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit. For your entertainment, we have a 49" HDTV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pan, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and more. The Bathroom has a bathtub shower with fresh linens provided to every guest. Get free parking in the building and free street parking beside the building.

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM; Check out before 11 am, Late check-out is available per request and depending on occupancy.

Please understand that Florida is tropical and therefore insects are a fact of life. Roaches, ants, and lizards in tropical climates do NOT mean the house is dirty, and despite they are an uncommon situation in our apartments. They are the most common insects in Florida, especially with extreme weather conditions, and sometimes the presence of them in the apartments is out of our control.

*Please make sure that you put the correct number of occupants in the reservation as guests that are not registered won't be able to stay at the property.
