4190 Island Drive is a luxurious beach home located in the much-desired Ocean Ridge Community in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina.
This home is loaded with great amenities for the whole family to enjoy such as: Community Pool, Elevator, Game Room, enclosed outdoor shower, high end deck furnishings, Jacuzzi in master bath, WiFi, walls of windows that perfectly showcases the lovely Atlantic ocean.
4190 Island Drive is a direct oceanfront home in the Ocean Ridge Community and is equipped to sleep 11 and it has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and 3.5 baths. The bedding includes 2 kings, 2 pyramid bunks (2 twins over doubles), day bed with trundle (2 twins).
The fabulous views are the things of Topsail Island fantasies! And to think they are all yours at 4190 Island Drive, as is the Ocean Ridge community pool directly next door to your vacation home. The family will also love the convenience of the private elevator in this home – perfect for bringing in groceries and luggage. Allow the elegant living room to become your favorite private oceanfront oasis. With its striking décor, comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and impeccable views “a wall of windows”, it’s not hard to picture this as the most popular indoor lounge area for the whole family. (Fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only and not for use.)
The custom kitchen features antique-white cabinets, a built-in desk, granite countertops with breakfast bar that seats 3, white appliances and a white tile backsplash. The kitchen has all required equipment including major and small counter top appliances. The major appliances include a large double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range oven combination and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, microwave and blender. The family chef will appreciate this fully-equipped space to prepare all the family’s favorite meals.
There is also a convenient half bath just off the kitchen in the foyer area.
A traditional dining table seats 8 and a smaller breakfast table that seats 3 is tucked cozily into a corner. There is also a large picnic table located on the oceanfront deck for those that prefer to have their meals outside while watching the glistening Atlantic Ocean which is only steps away. After you brew a morning cup of coffee, you may find that the Captain's Arm chairs and rocking chairs on the oceanfront deck have become your favorite spot to watch the world wake up as you watch the endless ebb and flow of the waves and listen to the shore birds singing their morning choruses.
On the same mid-level is a truly luxurious King Master bedroom, complete with custom trayed ceiling, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, seating area with plush carpeting. From this master bedroom you will be greeted with a wall of windows that face out directly to the sparking Atlantic Ocean. Waking up here is like a dream come true. The sumptuous Master bath boasts a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, a make-up vanity with seating, large walk-in tiled shower and a separate water closet. To the rear of this large Master bath you will find an extra-large laundry room complete with full size washer and dryer and plenty of space for hanging clothes. Here you will also find a built-in ironing board with available iron.
As you move up to the upper level you can use either the elevator or the stairs that are finished off with oak steps and custom framed panel walls. You will first approach the Bonus Room which is equipped with a daybed with twin trundle, ceiling fan, closet, extra seating and wall art. With a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck with pub height captain’s chairs and table, this area is perfect for a sitting/lounging area, or an additional bedroom.
The top level also has a king bedroom with flatscreenTV, ceiling fan, night stands with lamps, 2 comfortable chairs, storage chest, large closet and a book shelf that is loaded with all types of interesting books great for bedtime reading. There is also a private full bath with large walk-in tile shower equipped with glass doors.
Across the hallway on the south side of the home you will find a kid’s bedroom equipped with two pyramid bunk beds (twin over double). This room is equipped to sleep 6. This room has two large storage chests, ceiling fan, lamps, closet and art work. It also has a connected full bath with tub and shower combination. From this bathroom you will have direct access out to the streetside deck.
On the ground level of the home, you will find a game room with foosball table which offers hours of friendly competition among friends and family. You will also find corn hole boards for some additional friendly competition. Elevator services this level and to all upper levels. On the oceanside of the home underneath the main deck you will find an enclosed outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold water. There is also a patio area with seating on this ground level as well.
Parking for 2 cars in garage and 3 others in driveway. Elevator is readily accessible from this garage level.
