🏠House layout:
Inside, relax in one of our well-appointed bedrooms (5 total) with blackout shades, memory-foam mattresses, and hotel-grade linens. The lower level offers two inviting bedrooms. The main level features two more bedrooms, including a bunk bed option for families. In the loft, discover a cozy space for relaxation, adjacent to the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and quiet office space.
Each bathroom is stocked with premium toiletries, hairdryer and hand-mirror for your convenience. Families with young children will find a range of baby-proofing essentials, from high-chairs to travel beds.

There is plenty of parking space on the property. The 1-car garage equipped with an electric car charger

follow signs to I90 West
take exit 41 towards Westfield
Keep right at the fork
After 2 miles, turn right onto Franklin St and continue onto US-20 or 5 miles
Turn left onto MA-23W for ~12 mile
The property will be on the left approx. 2 miles passed the East Otis city center (gas station, Katie's county store)


From New York:

follow signs to I87 North towards Albany
take exit 21A towards I90 E/Massachusetts
Continue for ~ 28 miles
Take exit 10 for US-20E (7 miles)
Turn right onto MA-8S (6 miles)
Turn left onto MA-23E (2.5 miles)
