Completely remodeled from top to bottom, this one bedroom, two-bathroom condo is equipped with tile flooring, custom cabinetry, granite counters, new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances including a Dual Zone Cooling Beverage Refrigerator., The ultimate in comfort provided by dual zone split AC and high-end furnishings.

Smart upgrades found throughout the unit include Smart TVs, blazing fast Wi-Fi, an on demand hot water heater, and more. This one-of-a-kind property will be your home base for your amazing Maui adventure. A supportive Sealy Posturepedic mattress in the bedroom will have you sleeping like a baby. With a plush sleeper sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and small families alike.

Located just steps away from Kamaole Beach Park III, close to the front of Kamaole Sands, this end unit with an additional window makes this an ideal location. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience.

About the Property

The highly rated Kamaole Sands resort has a lush courtyard, the largest resort pool in South Kihei, that also includes two jacuzzies (one family and one adult only) as well as a splash pool for the kids. It is also a short walk across the street to the pristine Kamaole III Beach. The resort also boasts tennis courts, a newly renovated workout facility and immaculate grill areas with ample room for dining.

The property consists of 10, four-story buildings on 15 acres of lush, tropical Maui in a resort like setting across from Kamaole III beach park in South Maui.

About the Area

South Kihei (pronounced KEY-hay) has been one of the preferred areas of travel for years. This sprawling beach town is easygoing with numerous beaches, and friendly visitors. Kihei is known for warm, sunny, dry weather. If it's raining elsewhere on Maui, there's a good chance it's still sunny in Kihei!

About Vacation-Maui

This immaculate property, hosted by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.

Spacious, Tastefully Remodeled, Condo in the Tranquility of Kamaole Sands

In what felt like my home away from home, was this tastefully remodeled condo to create both a tranquil and functional space where nothing distracts from the sunning ocean views across the immaculately manicured lawn of Kamaole Sands, which unfolds from the outsized Lanai (patio). I stayed for 9 weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with Vacation-Maui and their attention to my every need. Todd and his team took great care in designing the condo to be both inspiring and practical, which affords a deep relaxing sleep in the supportive Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The overly comfortable sleeper sofa and second bath were also nice additions, where my guests (I hosted several visits from friends and family) were also well accommodated. Additional features include a full kitchen that can accommodate anything from the cooking of a simple breakfast to a full holiday meal. An added practical rarity at this home is the washer dryer combo. Being part of the Kamaole Sands condominium resort, which features a nice swimming pool, two jacuzzies, multiple gas barbecue grills, and very functional fitness center, makes for an ideal location for vacation retreats and (in my case) extended work trips. Beautiful beaches are just a short walk away from the grounds, not to mention enchanted "secret beaches" nearby. I would certainly consider returning and am very appreciative to Todd for his thoughtful hospitality!
