Welcome to Monarch Manor!

Our home has 7 bedrooms ( 3K, 2Q, 2F & 5T) & 6 bathrooms in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. We have a beautiful private pool & built-in outdoor kitchen/bar. We include luxury linens & towels, bathrooms are stocked with full sized toiletries & a fully equipped kitchen. We have two balconies, two washer & dryers, full house air purifier, smart TV's in every bedroom along with a coffee bar for a morning treat. We are a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

Maximum number of adult guests is 16. The primary renter must be age 25 or older and provide a copy of valid government issued ID and sign a rental agreement and be a guest of the property for the duration of the stay. There is a $500 security deposit hold 3 days prior to stay and released within 7 days of departure. Booking is not confirmed until agreement and hold has been signed. The primary renter must be a guest at the property for the entire stay as we do not accept third party rentals. No parties, fraternities, weddings, civic groups, commercial activities, etc. allowed. Exceeding the maximum number of allowed guests will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Perfect for a family gathering

A perfect house for our family’s Christmas celebration! The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need to feed a large group and the location was wonderful.

Fabulous place to stay with your family vacation or holiday!

Our family recently stayed at Monarch Manor. It is a fabulous place!! Owners paid special attention to detail for everything you would need at your second home away from home! All you need is your personal belongings. The host provided full size toiletry items, as well as kitchen products and all paper products along with laundry 🧺 detergents. We were three minutes from the beach! Thank you for all the extras that were included in our stay. You can definitely tell the difference between family owned and corporate. Thank you Jennifer !

Amazing!

This was our first time using VRBO and what an amazing experience!! Jennifer was so great to work with and bent over backwords to make sure we had a great trip! The house was beautiful and i highly recommend it!

Great family vacation spot

We all agreed that this is a great vacation spot. We were 8 adults and 6 teens. There is plenty of room for each person to not feel crowded. The beach was close enough to go whenever we wanted and there are stores were close enough without feeling like we were in a commercial area. Loved the pool and balconies. It needs a new can opener and another bathroom on the pool level would be great so that people would not have to go into the house wet.

Buddies' Golf Trip

From start to finish this was an AMAZING experience. Jennifer, the host, is exceptional and so is the property. The home itself checks every box for group accomodations and the location is stellar- so close to the beach and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and everything else you could possibly need. Will be back soon!

Only need clothes

Never stayed in a place more well stocked. Nice house. Stayed right after a hurricane and the property management team had it ready to go for our arrival. Any issue was attended to within hours of request. Very nice place

Great host, house & amenities

This is a great house within easy walking distance of the beach. Every amenity was covered for cooking, relaxing, enjoying time with family/friends. The outdoor storage closet was great as well with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts. It made going to the beach an absolute breeze! Jennifer was an excellent host too! Very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. Clear and easy check-in and checkout instructions also eliminated the stress of traveling. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday celebration

We had an amazing time at this house for my mom’s 80th birthday celebration with family and friends. Very clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates/bowls/cups. Coffee station was awesome- keurig complete with syrups, hand frother, and kcups. Kids really enjoyed the private pool. No worries about beach equipment since storage also well stocked with chairs, wagons, and coolers. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach down the street. Beach was low key so plenty of space without too much foot traffic. Large grocery store just a quick drive down the street. This is definitely in our top 3 favorite house rentals on vrbo. Would go for another stay here when planning a trip to North Myrtle Beach!

Just as represented! Great Time Had by All!

We celebrated my sister's birthday in July by inviting the family to the beach. Jennifer, the owner of the property, was incredible. In all of my years of renting vacation properties, I have never run across such a responsive & informative landlord. She responded immediately to any question that I had. The house was exactly how it was depicted on their website. The house was well stocked with a delightful coffee bar. Everything you would need for the beach was available....chairs, umbrellas, etc. The house was roomy for our large family. The shelf on the swimming pool made it ideal for the young ones who were learning to swim. We rented a golf cart to take us to the beach (block & 1/2) plus trips to grocery store. Highly recommend doing that. I have NO negative comments except for the weather! Wonderful time had by all!

We purchased this home in the beginning of Dec 2022. We immediately fell in love with the area's beach vibe as we are from the hustle and bustle of the northeast. We are so excited to have this home for mini getaways as well as share it with all of you.

Monarch Manor is a luxury beach home with coastal vibes with close proximity to the beach. There truly is a little something for everyone, whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, walk to restaurants or even head over to one of our neighboring golf courses for a round of 18. With luxury linens, bath towels, toiletries, kitchen basics and beach and pool towels/umbrellas/chairs all included, it makes for stress free packing!!
