~ Guest bedroom #1 is well equipped with a Sealy queen mattress and an ease base. Located right next to the main bathroom this guest room can easily become its own suite by closing the pocket door separating the area from the center of the house.

Background checks are performed on all persons making reservations & their registered guests; a government-issued photo ID is REQUIRED and MUST be provided for all registrants and their guests at the time of reservation. No reservation will be approved without accompanying photo Id(s).

Optional: Two Lifestyle ID's (Temporary Residence) passes may be purchased for a non-refundable $50 paid by guests upon arrival & check-in. Lifestyle ID's are required to access all community amenities. Additional Guest passes may be obtained FREE of charge.

We reserve the right to enforce a strict no-pet and no-smoking/vaping policy both indoors or outdoors on this property

Because of the nature of the streets in the villa area absolutely no RV’s, trailers, or boats can be parked at this property. Driveway & parking in front of the villa is limited to two vehicles. There is extra parking available in a designated guest parking area. Maximum parking for this villa is 3 cars. All vehicles &/or trailers that come to this rental must fit in the driveway and/or garage. No trailer of any type may be disconnected from the vehicle it's normally attached to unless it fits within the garage.
