Nestled on Seaside's charming East Ruskin Street, the updated guest cottage "Sunrise" is ideally located just 194 feet from the beach at East Ruskin Pavilion and only a block away from downtown Seaside! This prime location puts over 35 shops and restaurants just a short walk from your doorstep, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer.
Upon arrival, guests will follow a sandy Seaside footpath leading to the entryway and a spacious open-air front deck. The true highlight of the cottage is its large, fenced-in wooden deck area, where you can relax amidst beautiful greenery while listening to the soothing sound of the waves nearby. The deck features outdoor dining for four, a charcoal grill, and provides an ideal space for enjoying a morning coffee, a good book, or dining al fresco under the stars.
Inside, the first level offers a newly renovated king bedroom with a private, full bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The king has new built-in custom storage, a dresser, and a mounted flat screen TV for all the conveniences away from home. An added bonus is the stackable washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the main level combines an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests, making it ideal for young families. The efficient kitchen, while compact, is equipped with modern amenities such as a full-size fridge, freezer drawers, microwave, coffee pot, and a two-burner electric stove top (note, there is no dishwasher or oven). Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table for two, situated next to the living space, which also features another queen sleeper sofa and a large flatscreen TV.
