House centrally located in Reykjavik

This house is located in a family friendly street / neighborhood in the capital area, only 3,4 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Also easy to drive to Keflavik airport / Blue lagoon and the route to south of Iceland, Golden Circle, Vik etc.
Just few meters away is the Kringlan shopping mall and also Búllan, best Burger joint in Iceland ;o)

Our house is on two floors. On the main floor you have fully loaded kitchen, small bathroom, big living room and dining area. From the main floor you can enter our backyard where we have sitting area and nice Hot Pot / Jacuzzi. On the second floor we have 5 bedrooms with beds for up to 16-17 people. Bedroom 1 has King size bed, bedroom 2 has Double bed , Bedroom 3 has Double size bed and one single bed, bedroom 4 has 3x single beds and Bedroom 5 has single bed and Bunk bed for 3 people, lower level has double bed and upper level has single bed. We can also place 2-3 single beds in the open area on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor we have Laundry room and bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In front of our house we have parking space for 2 cars.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
