Private & spacious. Just painted with a brand new refrigerator. Very comfortable queen bed and sleeps 2 sleeper sofa! BBQ and fenced in patio with gorgeous views of the hills and green belts. Walking trails, kitchen perfect spot to enjoy pickleball, tennis, biking, hiking and the fine dining experiences close by! Ground floor.

Exactly What We Needed

Stayed here for a long weekend with my sister and her husband and it was exactly what we needed. We had plans for most of the days, but this was perfect for cooking a nice breakfast and coming back for a good nights sleep. The patio is also HUGE and mostly shaded.

Pretty condo in a lovely setting

We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds of the development are beautiful. Condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was excellent and owner was very helpful. Highly recommend!

tennis weekend...

Kind of a mixed bag here. Plusses were the grounds are beautiful. The patio area was spacious and very relaxing. The unit was well stocked (after we got some coffee). However, it was very small. I can't imagine 4 people staying there, even if they were VERY close friends. The placing of the bed in the bedroom is kind of claustrophobic...right against a wall. It almost seems like this was a unit that was converted from a studio to a 1 bedroom. Also, it is NOT close to the tennis. It is 1.8 miles from the gate of the community, which is .6 miles from the unit. So...some good, some bad. Use your own discretion.

Wonderful place

We had a good time staying here. We went to Indian Wells, it was about a 40 minute walk to the tennis garden. The heated pool was really nice. Minor issues with communication about checking in process that were resolved by 6 PM the day we checked in. Property is as described. The queen bed is in between walls so it’s a little snug for two people, but the description is accurate, so I would not even complain about that, but just an FYI

Comfy condo in Paradise

Donna’s place is great. Her directions were spot-on. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry. Just as it appears on the site. The location is the kicker! And the access to pools is very nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Donna is the best host!

Incredible communicator and person. The area is very well maintained and beautiful. Being in a gated community made it feel safe. The pools were wonderful to hang out in and rarely had other guests in them. Overall, a really great experience and I’d be happy to come back again.

Great location but cleanliness was not there

This experience would have been perfect if the listing was clean. We arrived and the floors were dusty - we couldn't take our shoes off or had to wear socks in the house because there was dirt/dust all over the ground. There were only two of us there - but when we pulled out the pull out couch bed there were stains and mouse/rat droppings in the couch. Super unfortunate and if we had more people staying with us it would have been a huge problem. Apart from cleanliness the location is great, the pool is great, and it's a cute place. But communication lacked somewhat and the cleanliness was not there so ultimately I don't feel comfortable rating any higher that 2-3 stars.
