This fabulous Cassine Gardens townhouse "Seagrove Sands" is perfectly located on 30A directly across from public beach access in Seagrove Beach at One Seagrove Place. This hidden gem is situated just minutes away from Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, and Rosemary. If you're ready for a perfect seaside vacation, then this is your place! Cassine Gardens is one of Seagrove's best family neighborhoods with so many great amenities and conveniences. Enjoy biking to explore Seaside, kayaking the many nearby dune lakes, amazing sunsets at the water's edge, surf fishing at dusk, and walking to wonderful local eateries like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A.

This home is well equipped, newly furnished and renovated to make you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout your stay. With the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath on the ground floor, the two upstairs bedrooms are a private and quiet retreat. The bright end-unit living room has large windows and a large L-shaped couch for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area has a large counter height table with six chairs along with three additional stools at the kitchen counter. Perfect for both dining in and family game nights. The bright, well-equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. The bedrooms each have a private deck, one of which is screened in to enjoy the beautiful wooded scenery. There is also a screened porch and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer just through the large sliding door in the living room. This home is an end unit and has nothing but beautiful woods behind and beside it. Seagrove Sands is private, yet centrally located, and just so lovely.

All of the amenities offered in this cozy, family-oriented community include 2 well maintained community pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoop, nature trails through native cypress forest, fishing dock, picnic/grill areas, and a picture perfect wooden bridge at the neighborhood lake. The beautiful white sugar sand beach and clear emerald gulf waters are an easy and safe 3 minute walk with a crosswalk directly to pubic beach access. Both the beach access and Cassine Gardens entrance have outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading back to the townhouse. Cassine Station shopping center at the front of the community is perfect for shopping the general store, after dinner ice cream, souvenirs, getting perfectly painted nails, and even an urgent care if needed. Also just a short walk away are pizza at Bronzoni's, pasta at Angelina's, and fresh seafood at Goatfeathers. Great communication!

This was a lovely, well stocked condo! The communication with the owner was so easy and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This condo is a short walk to the beach and has a pool just a few steps out the back door. We were so thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas! Both bathrooms also had hair dryers. I've never rented a property that provided hair dryers. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and even plastic containers for leftovers. There were high end appliances that had lots of buttons and switches but we were able to figure them out. The remote controlled fans in the living room and bedrooms were very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property for a small family or two couples.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay!

We absolutely love the location of these condos and have stayed in a different unit before but we felt this one was even better! It’s an end unit and so quiet but very close to the pool still. It was clean and comfortable for my husband and I and our two little ones and my mom. The hosts were great and very communicative and offered lots of recommendations. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property!

Great spot just a few minutes walk from the beach. Perfect backyard for kids who love to explore trails, trees, wildlife, and a pool! Right next door to multiple restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and updated and included everything we needed!

Perfect location for quick trip to 30A. Rented bikes at the recommendation of the Host- great location to bike all the from Rosemary beach to Grayton beach. Excellent restaurants near by and directly across from the beach access. Host was beyond accommodating and quickly responded to any questions m.

A great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was a 2 minute walk. The 2 pools were an easy walk and quite inviting. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, bathrooms were problem free, and the kitchen was spotless with every convenience. An interesting touch was the wooded area with a nature trail.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

We loved this place!!! It was absolutely perfect - tucked off the road from traffic - perfect location for the beach - very comfortable - CLEAN - quiet - very short walk to the beach, food, beach store, and ice cream! We easily walked the 3 minute walk with our 2 year old granddaughter. The pool was only about a 20 feet walk from the back door. We can’t wait to stay here again!!! 😎

30A Gem with lots of amenities

We absolutely loved our time here. We were torn between choosing a place directly on the beach or just off the beach with more amenities. The space and the location are perfect to give you the best of both! We walked to the beach every day in 3-5 minutes. Super close, even to carry chairs and umbrellas it was not difficult. The condo had 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs which saved us money on beach service. The complex has a pool just outside the back porch. We also played tennis on one of of the two well maintained courts. As for the interior, it’s extremely well done and updated. Very comfortable King bed in the master, and two separate beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our two teenagers to have their own bed. Great water pressure in the showers, plenty of towels, and toiletries provided. Each bedroom had a private porch or balcony to sit out and enjoy morning coffee or the cool breeze at night. Tam was extremely responsive to our communication and offered additional insights on what to do with our time. We rented bikes for the week and they were delivered to the front door. We enjoyed riding to Seaside for dinner and shopping each night. So many food trucks to choose from. We also at at the Mexican restaurant at the entrance to the complex as well as the ice cream shop next door. Both were fantastic. You will absolutely love this place for your visit and Tam was a tremendous host who went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our time.
