Welcome to our charming vacation rental cottage, conveniently located just walking distance away from downtown Ocean Springs.

This cozy and quaint cottage is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway, while still being within easy reach of all the exciting attractions and activities the area has to offer.

Our home is located right off Government St in downtown Ocean Springs, so your favorite shops and restaurants are just walking away.

A little overpriced but very clean and an excellent location to downtown Ocean Springs. The golf cart was a real plus. If you aren’t familiar with Ocean Springs, the use of golf carts is a big deal-and fun!

Great property and great location! The golf cart was a game changer for exploring the area and my kids have asked every day “When are we going back?!” Very comfortable bed, a/c works amazingly well, and the entire place was clean. We are looking forward to another stay!

LOCATION AND GOLF CART are the two things this property has going for it. Otherwise: moldy/musty smell in the air, furniture, linens, pillows, towels… couch old and broken, and bed mattress wore out, batteries needed replaced in AC remote and front door lock. Even updating the towels and linens would be a HUGE improvement! We would not stay in this unit again.

The stay at our Government cottage went well. Despite several bugs within the house and receiving checkin info 2 hours before posted checkin time, the house was centrally located in downtown OS. Golf cart was an added perk which our family loved.

Was clean and located close to main strip and beach area. Bed was lumpy and old and sofa bed was worn out. Located next to a dive biker bar that is open with loud music til 3 am During the day it was quiet and enjoyed sitting on the porch.

the cottage was precious and plenty of room for two people. The golf cart was a great addition as we never had to move our car once we arrived to the property. Owners were easy to work with and communicated great. We will be booking another stay here soon!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!Arrived on Friday evening (09/04/26) and sent the Property Manager a text (as instructed by the "Property Rules"). Everything looked to be okay on the surface. We were away from the property all day Saturday. We got back to the property a little after 8:30pm and we were locked out. We reached out to the Property Manager multiple times but no response. We contacted VRBO and they gave us the Property Owners number. We reached out to him and we did get a response after we had been locked out for over an hour. We were given the code to the lockbox that had a physical key to the front door. At this point we are kind of frustrated. Then we started to read some reviews (should have read the reviews before we booked). This is everything we sent to the owner......Door keypad not functioning, floors not clean, rodent droppings in the corner of the living room, dead rodents in multiple traps in the cabinets, both air conditioners were caked full of dust and mold, condensation from stove hood dripping directly on to electric stove burner, entire window in living room can be pushed in to the cottage from outside because there is no frame, window in hallway also can not be secured because it does not close all of the way. Golf Cart will stop working while driving despite having a full charge. Drove 3 hrs back home at 12:30 that night out of disgust and still no responce from Property Manager or Owner. This review is not for a refund bc we have not requested a refund.

Cottage was much smaller than anticipated from pictures, check the square footage before booking. Property was noisy, bar next door was loud most nights until 4am, work trucks directly behind cottage cranked up between 6:30-7:00 am, and train tracks bordering the property are very busy. Golf cart was nice but can’t get too far as battery does not hold a charge. Host offered to move us to a different property at double the price, adjacent to same busy train tracks. Porch was very peaceful to sit and relax or read during daylight hours. Cottage was clean and convenient to downtown and beach.
