The Space:
Welcome to our meticulously designed short-term rental in downtown Colorado, catering to solo adventurers, digital nomads, couples, families, and business travelers.

Whether you're here for work or leisure, our carefully curated accommodation ensures a perfect stay. It also offers a private parking space and easy access to vibrant city life, including craft restaurants, micro-breweries, cafes, boutique shops, and an organic grocery store, all within a literal five-minute walk.

LIVING ROOM
Relax in the living room, complete with an HD smart TV and an electric, remote-controlled fireplace that provides both ambiance and warmth on chilly evenings.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit! This is a side-by-side duplex setup and the other half is rented separately with their own parking space, private entry, and private unit.

The Neighborhood:
Being downtown, you are close enough to walk to all the great spots, including a neighborhood market called Bread & Butter, and a top favorite spot for breakfast called Denver Biscuit. Only a block and a half away and you can enjoy a wide variety of foods at COATI that will be sure to light up your tastebuds!

Located about 1 mile away, there are 3 laundromats close by in case you find yourself needing to do some laundry!

Getting Around:
Located in downtown Colorado Springs across from the police station, you are walking distance to delicious foods, drinks, and the nightlife if that's your scene! There are also scooters throughout downtown and the surrounding areas that you are welcome to rent for such great prices and you're only charged for the distance you ride them! So much fun!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

There are two separate units to this duplex setup. The other unit is rented out separately.

Parking: There is a bright green permit with a yellow section on it in the mailbox out front.

Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
