3. Room #3: 1x Full Bed and 3x Twin Beds with Memory Foam Mattresses
4. Room #4: 1x Full Bed and 3x Twin Beds with Memory Foam Mattresses
Other things to note:
1. Please note there is a $250 pet fee. Only dogs and cats allowed. Max allowed are two pets. If droppings from pets outside are not cleaned up, additional $100 fine will be apply.
2. There is a camera located in front of the building which is on 24/7 for your protection.
3. Please note this is a condo building and you will have close neighbors. Quiet hours are after 10PM.
4. No smoking or rowdy parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are good). If the smell of smoke is detected, you may incur a $2,000 fine to fumigate the property.
5. If you bring more guests the are reflected on your reservation, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
6. It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance. Cancellations will not be granted due to illness, weather conditions, or any related matters outside of our control. Please read the cancellation policy before booking.
7. Our building provides a parking lot for guests to park, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Please be mindful not to exceed six bags of trash during your stay. Our team incurs an additional fee for disposing of any excess trash, and we aim to minimize this to respect their time and efforts.
9. The minimum age to book is 21 years old.
10. Our hours of operation are from 10 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time. Any messages received outside of these hours will be responded to as soon as we are back on! For current guests- In case of an emergency, please refer to the emergency contact tab in your guidebook.
