The pics of the property on line for the most depict the actual homes however as with everything there is fine print which was not stated. To be a property management versus a personal owner we were really disappointed with the poor up keep of what could be a very nice property. Probably should let guest know that the area is being gentrified, and take care of all of the property damage. Like when your beds are broken and fall to the floor when you lay on one. You probably should address it instead of being worried about stained bath towels that adults can’t use because they are only big enough for children. It would be helpful to let your guests know that the bathtubs are super slow draining or not draining at all. That garbage disposals aren’t working and there’s damage through out in regards to the floor and walls. Also would be helpful to know that you can’t open windows because there are no screens. Things that can be changed by simply really assessing the property and taking care of ware and tear as it happens would help the property do well. there is no such thing as quiet time although it sounds good in the listing. At the end of the day the bottom line is you go through this whole thing of agreeing and signing paperwork to stay for a couple of days BUT the property management doesn’t go the extra mile to keep up the property as they should. Not to mention no one addressed the issues that were submitted along with pictures. Over all disappointed
