Summary:
This home was curated to provide the best of everything you need to relax. On a 1-acre lot with peace & privacy. Huge backyard has a deck with hot tub and grill, a fire pit circle, a hammock, and a swing set for kids. Kitchen fully stocked w/ complimentary beverage station. Two work stations, foosball table, and play tent. Close to Hwy 421, downtown Greensboro and the upcoming Toyota battery plant. There is plenty of room for parking. Come enjoy the outdoors and relax.
The Space:
This is a renovated home featuring three bedrooms and two full baths. The house sits back, off a quiet road providing a tranquil experience. Guests are welcomed to an entrance featuring a sit down area.
The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with fan, gas fireplace, large screen TV, game shelf, and best of all, a foosball table that has backlights to play in the dark. The sofa also offers a queen fold-out bed. All rooms, except for the kitchen, have hardwoods.
Off the living room is the updated kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island to help prep food and/or eat (featuring two stools). There are a dishwasher, range, oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot and everything else you will need to make your meals. The dining tables includes four chairs and a bench to comfortably seat 6. The sliding glass door provides easy access between the kitchen and the back deck, which includes a hot tub and with grill.
Going down the hall, The first bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunkbed, large work station (corner desk), play tent, children's books, and toys. There is also a 44" 4k smart TV on the wall.
The next bedroom offers a queen bed, 44" 4K smart TV, shelf, and 2 floating nightstands.
The large main bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a super comfy king bed, a bench, workstation, chest of drawers and 44" 4K smart TV. There is a very large walk-in closet that stores a pack’n’play and other items. An en-suite bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a newly-remodeled walk-in shower.
The second bathroom was recently renovated and is near all three bedrooms. It features a tub/shower combination.
All the beds have new memory foam mattresses, and the king bed has been the most popular, based on past guests.
The large backyard includes a swing-set, a hammock, and fire pit circle with Adirondack chairs. The back deck has a hot tub and propane grill. More outdoor entertainment includes horseshoes and cornhole. There is lots of space for kids and pets to roam.

Very quiet neighborhood with open field behind the house and lots of trees. Property is on a 1-acre lot. Guests love the secluded feel. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Despite its country charm, it’s close to the highway.
Getting Around:
There is a driveway leading up to the house. Guests can park along side of house. There is parking for at least four vehicles.

*Hot tub policy*
The cover is locked with its key stored inside. Guests using the hot tub accept the risk associated with using a hot tub, especially the additional responsibility to watch children. The limit is 6 people at a time. Please read all hot tub instructions (up on the kitchen fridge) before getting in.
*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, do not instant book. Please contact the owner first. We only allow 1 small non-shedding dog.
*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby.
*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted outside; however, all ash and butts must be cleaned up and disposed of properly. No smoking in the hot tub.
