Welcome to Stella Boona, a bright and cozy 1-bedroom loft perfectly located in the heart of Traverse City. This stylish, family- and pet-friendly condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities — just steps from the area’s best beaches, trails, and downtown attractions.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

This light-filled loft features thoughtful touches and flexible sleeping options for couples or small families:

- Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.

A Pack ’n Play, toys, and children’s games are also provided for families traveling with little ones.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and ample storage space for your essentials.

Cook with ease in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, and coffee station. The island bar offers seating for three, and children’s bowls, utensils, and a highchair are available to make mealtime simple for families.

The open living space invites you to unwind with a comfy sofa (that converts into a bed), an armchair, Smart TV with streaming apps, and a selection of board games and toys — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Traverse City.

Keep in mind that this is a condo unit. There are other units next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Enjoy convenient free parking behind the building — your assigned space is the third spot on the right-hand side of parking area (labeled 3). Street parking is also available (follow all posted signs). Please do not park at other parking spots as they may be towed away at car owner`s expenses.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.

•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up deification immediately.

•Please keep your animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability.

Modern Loft Style

A modern loft close by a local brewery, restaurants, and grocery store. A quick trip on the bike and we were in the heart of downtown TC. The place had everything we needed and was super clean. Will definitely look to stay here again for a Traverse City visit.

Beautiful Cozy Condo!

This stay was excellent. Very beautiful condo with everything you need. Short distance to all the great restaurants and shopping, with the beach only a couple of minutes away! A couple of perks that we particularly enjoyed were the assigned parking space and the easy access right into the condo. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway!

This was our second annual trip to stay at Stella Boona with our small non-shedding dog. We love this location, cleanliness, accurate property description and attention to detail at this property. The only issue we had was when returning, we had issues with the key pad to get back into the property but after about 5 minutes, it seemed to work again. We reached out to the property manager and they responded promptly as we thought perhaps it had a low battery. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely visit again in the future!

TC getaway

We had a nice time enjoying traverse city and surrounding areas. Our hosts did a great job of making our stay comfortable. They answered our calls promptly. Our puppy was comfortable as well. We only wish that it was located in a better area. Overall we give it a 5 star!!

Great Location

This was a perfect spot for my little family and I. My husband, 7 year old, 1 year old, infant and dog all fit comfortably. The amenities were perfect. The kids loved the books and toys, it kept them entertained. The provided dog amenities were so convenient so we didn’t have to lug all of the things from home. You’re a short drive to the beaches/parks/downtown. Communication was quick and easy with Coastal Management team. This was the perfect spot for a quick trip for my families first time in Traverse. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Very satisfied with my selection

This property was modern and clean, with many comforts of home available. My husband and I stayed four nights with our dog and enjoyed the experience. Reserved parking was reassuring. The semi-suburban location made it easy to walk our dog as needed. Full kitchen amenities were convenient. A lofty bedroom was pleasant and privacy blinds were easy to use throughout. There were thoughtful extras on hand like beach towels and retired towels for dogs. The bathroom had typical hotel toiletries, which is always handy. The location was convenient. We could walk around the corner to a couple of casual restaurants that we really liked, and there are more around if you want to walk a few miles back and forth. It’s an approximate 10-15 minute drive to downtown shopping or the bottom of the Old Mission wine trail. Under an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes. I’m glad we selected this property for our travels.

Cute little loft that’s PET friendly!!

My husband & I wanted to try a little vacation getaway taking our 2 dogs. It was a very successful trip. We were grateful to find a place that allowed pets & it wasn’t an outrageous fee. The place was very clean. There was a binder w/ places to go & things to see & do. Plus info.about checking in & out & other friendly reminders. The bed was AMAZING & so comfy & so were the sheets (they were so soft). I liked the sheets so much I asked what kind they were! So you definitely won’t be disappointed there! The location to TART park was just a few mins away walking distance. It was nice to be so close to the park because we would take the dogs there for a bathroom break & a walk. We didn’t take them downtown to any restaurants but we did take them to 2 wineries that allowed dogs. Black Star Farms (about a 7 min drive) from the house. And then Bowers Harbor Vineyards (about 20 min drive from Black Star). If you want some awesome wings & cookies, especially the strawberry shortcake ones, definitely check out the Detroit Wing Company which is just a couple minute drive from the house. We ate there 2 nights in a row! They did have dog bowls,some dog toys & treats.They had kids books, a pack & play, a box fan, & a pull out bed, plus the couch turned into a sleeper sofa. I wouldn’t want to be there w/another couple bc it is a small space.The style of stair railings & the loft area I wouldn’t want my toddler there(even though they had a gate).Cute place though we would come back! 🐾
