Beautiful condo, the view was perfect on the well furnished patio. The pool was heated which was much appreciated in February. The location was great a block to Camille’s for coffee or a short walk to Crab Trap for lunch plus lots of options within walking distance for dinner.

Perfect condo

This condo is beautiful and sits in the perfect location to the beach and all to do in Destin. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are great size and the balcony is a 10/10 view. Dolphins and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the heated pool and quick back and forth walk to the beach setup.

Everything was outstanding. We enjoyed the huge patio every night, cooked burgers on the grill & enjoyed the beach everyday with the 2 chairs & umbrella included -- very nice added bonus! The gift boxes were a special surprise and very appreciated!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Very spacious, beautiful view, fully furnished with everything you could need, perfect location, private, and so much more. We didn’t even want to leave the condo/pool/beach because it had everything we needed. Would totally recommend and would for sure stay here again. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room and never felt crowded.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay Villa Coyaba. This is our second trip to this location but first time at this condo. It was updated nice and had everything we needed. Only minor complaint was the fireplace didn’t turn on, but not a big enough deal to notify the management company. 😜. We would definitely rent this property again! Thank you!

Wow! We had a group of 6 family members and everyone was very impressed with this property. Kudos for having such a well stocked kitchen and fresh new touches......like kitchen towels. Very comfortable all the way around. And really appreciate the professional management by 360 Blue. Everything we needed to know was provided through their app. Also really appreciated Nate who took care of securing our beach equipment every day. Great vacation for us!

Great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time. My only complaint would be the maintenance man let himself in unannounced and then acted like it was our fault for questioning him. My 22 year old daughter and 8 month baby was there alone. I would have been more than happy to let him in if we had known. He was very rude!

Great place for a girls getaway or 4 couples! Plenty of room and space for all...loved the condo and renovations. The porch was perfect for a large group and never heard the neighbors. Having the chairs and umbrellas up and ready for us by the beach was such a treat. The only one suggestion is possibly having 1 chair and 1 lounge by the pool tagged for each unit. I know there are signs that say please don't reserve chairs with a beach towel...but it does happen. We loved the restaurant next door with the happy hour each night. (Perfect to walk to and from each time.) Thanks again for a memory we will have for years. Hope to come back next year!

July 2019 Stay

One of the nicest condos we stayed at in Destin. There were four of us. The decorations are great. It is very well furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the ice machine was great! The unit was very clean, with the exception of the tile floors, which need a good cleaning. Though the TVs were nice it would be good to have a quality Blu-ray player or better yet a smart device for streaming movies on those rainy days. Unfortunately the family who stayed the week before us broke one of the outside dinner bistro chairs, so we were not able to eat outside like we had hoped. We requested a replacement chair, but none was provided.

Best condo experience ever

There's so much to say about this condo. This is the nicest condo I've stayed in. Lots of room for 6 people. Beautifully decorated. I couldn't believe how wonderful the mattresses are. I usually have trouble sleeping outside of my own bed. It's better than home. The bedding was soft and clean. Ceiling fans had remotes. The air conditioning was perfect, kept us as cool or warm as needed. I've had experiences where the AC was less than effective. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ garbage bags, complimentary dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, sponge, olive oils, salt and pepper, coffee. Plenty of plates, cookware, etc. ice maker that's not built in fridge. Everyone loved their BR's, bathrooms. Nice sized laundry room w/ everything you need to clean up. We actually had cable & all tv's worked. Bathrooms were spacious. Master bath had a beautiful soaking tub & large shower. Again thoughtful & beautifully packaged bottles of body wash, soap, shampoo/ conditioner & BATH SALTS for the tub. The little touches made it feel luxurious. The large balcony was gorgeous w/ super comfortable chairs ottomans & a table for 6.We were right over the pool which is beautiful, perfect view of the beach. I loved being on the 2nd floor. This condo building had 36 units and 4 floors so congestion was low, parking easy & convenient. Luggage carts were available. The beach chair guys were very kind & helpful. We may rebook next year, something we never do.

What a great vacation!

My friends and I have been vacationing together for many years. We usually cruise or book rooms at an all-inclusive resort. This was the first time that we booked a 360 Blue VRBO and we were absolutely thrilled. Not only were the accommodations clean and conveniently located but the 4 of us; being under the same roof, each with our own bedrooms made this the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation ever! Checking in and out was very convenient and easy. We had no issues and no reason to contact our 360 Blue agent, as everything was spot on. Rather than traveling together every other year, we decided to vacation this way now every year! We most certainly will be using 360 Blue in the future!
