The Space:
Ideally located right next to the Anastasia Park, guests can take the gated entrance and walk through to the stunning secluded beach with beach supplies included and even a little wagon, perfect for picnics.

With a fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms & an outdoor BBQ area, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing beachy stay.

Make your way into this beautiful up-scale home past the lush tropical gardens and tall palms where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms filled with soft comfortable furnishings and chic, vibrant décor.

Relax in the living space on the plush sofa and matching accent chairs as you settle in for a movie night in front of the fire or just catch up on all your favorite shows with access to Netflix, Peacock, Tubi, ESPN, and Disney on the big screen.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped Hamptons style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sleek granite benchtops and everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a French door fridge with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a wine chiller, a freestanding oven and stovetop, a built in microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up giving you more time to shop at the nearby boutiques.

Eat together at the dining space with a table set for six or the island bar with seating for more, then use this space for an afternoon of fun games with selection of puzzles and board games stocked in the home.

Slide open they stylish red barn door and step into the elegant master suite with a super comfortable queen Kimpton bed and a sparkling master ensuite with an oversize walk in shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Bedroom two is perfect for families with two twin beds while bedroom three is filled with a large queen bed and a workspace where you can catch up on any work or study using the free high speed WiFi to keep you connected.

The central bathroom features a relaxing full size bath and overhead shower complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, built in shelving to keep all your toiletries and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you will also find a handy laundry area so you can pack light and wash as you go.

Make your way outside onto the sunny decked patio and fire up the BBQ for lunch as you all sit around on the comfortable outdoor lounge and catch up with friends.

After lunch, pack the little beach wagon with all beach supplies provided and make your way to the park gate right across from that house that takes you through the picturesque Anastasia State Park where you have access to a private beach (an easy 10-15 minute walk), trails, and kayak rentals.

Head home after a fun-filled day and wash off all the sand in the outdoor shower before taking a short walk to The Village Garden food truck park for dinner or drive to the amazing nearby restaurants and all the attractions of historic downtown just minutes away.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free driveway parking (the garage is not available for guests), complimentary coffee and access to a laundry in the garage with a washing machine and dryer. You will also have full access to the Anastasia State Park with a gate located a couple minutes up the street - typically there is a cost to enter but it is free for each guest with the supplied park pass.

Menendez Park is an eclectic neighborhood, filled with charming homes and shaded with beautiful oak trees and only a mile away from the St. Augustine Amphitheater if you're traveling to see a concert!

The house is conveniently located right across the street from Anastasia State Park where you can use the park's gate exclusively for residents and walk for 10 minutes through the picturesque park where there is an abundance of outdoor activities to enjoy including kayak rentals, hiking trails and more. From here you can also walk to the pristine secluded beach without having to cross any busy streets.

Enjoy the great location in the bohemian neighborhood of Menendez Park with a delicious Food Truck Village within walking distance from the home with great casual dining options for the whole family.

You will love the quaint tree lined streets of the neighborhood and its easy access to everything St Augustine has to offer.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking in the driveway included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. With the great central location, guests can walk to the beautiful Anastasia State Park and to the beach. Bikes are also a popular way to get around on Anastasia Island, and there are several bike rental properties nearby if you can't bring your own (Drifter's is our favorite - they offer free drop off and pick up at the house!). The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

Other Things to Note:
The home has a second floor suite that will locked off and unavailable to guests. The garage is also unavailable for parking. No photos of these areas are shown in the listing to avoid any confusion.
