Welcome home! Our lovely first floor condo is located on the bay side of the Resort in the charming neighborhood of Turnberry Villas. Our 3BR-2BA Villa features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a lanai, and picturesque views of the lake and Baytowne Golf Course. Hop on your brand new 6-passenger golf cart and head to the beach or walk across the street to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for the best dining, shopping and entertainment on the Emerald Coast! Whether you’re sunbathing on the beach, relaxing on the back patio, or admiring the beautiful boats at the nearby Baytowne Marina, fun is always on the horizon at 8548 Turnberry Villa!

In addition to its premier location, 8548 Turnberry offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee pot, a Keurig, a wine fridge, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. When dinner is served, guests can enjoy kitchen bar seating as well as seating for 6 around the dining table. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings and a SmartTV. Located just off the living area is a spacious lanai overlooking the lake and golf course. And with cozy furnishings and unbeatable views, the lanai is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends while enjoying the warm Florida breeze!

8548 Turnberry offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a plush king bed, as well as an HDTV, and has convenience to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom, lovingly referred to as the “bunk room”, offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and an HDTV. Lastly, the spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers an HDTV, picturesque lake views and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

For guests’ convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high speed WIFI is complimentary. Guests are welcomed to use the 6-passenger golf cart as well as the beach chairs, wagon and beach toys located in the garage.

8548 Turnberry Villa is not only convenient to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, but also located just a few minutes’ walk from Jolee Island, Baytowne Marina, and the resort Tennis Center. And with the emerald-green waters and white sand beaches just a 7-minute golf cart ride away, good times are never far at 8548 Turnberry Villa!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
