Bring the whole family to this Luxurious Mansion, with lots of room for fun. You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

Please Respect Our Home

We love you and we love your children.
…and we want to love you all when you leave.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond.

Great vacation house for extended family!

Communication with the host was excellent. It was a great place for our family to get together. There was plenty of room for all 21 of us. We were glad to have an extra table with us to put in the dining area for all of us to be in one eating area with the family. We also used the extra chairs in the basement so we wouldn't get the nice dining ones dirty since we had several children with us.

Spacious and comfortable

Our church youth group (mostly young adults) spent the weekend here for a retreat. It had plenty of room for everyone and a great area to interact. One member is in a wheelchair, and the first floor was very accessible for him. The house was clean and nicely furnished.

Perfect for extended family for nearby wedding venue

It is located half a mile from the wedding venue and offers beautiful views from the back. Noise from the freeway was not an issue at all. We appreciated having a single location where extended family could gather for the wedding.

Beautiful fall setting

Eight adults and 8 children comfortably stayed in the Blue Heron Holler. The rooms were spacious and the layout allowed for cooking and eating together. The trails and playground were a nice bonus to get outside.
