Floor to ceiling windows open wide on the town below, offering a stunning background for the ultra-modern décor system that seamlessly blends living space, an office nook, and kitchen. Spend time lounging on fine suede furniture that highlights a beautifully positioned area rug and hardwood floors. The kitchen comes with pristine white cabinets and an expanded island that offers ample room for cooking something savory or long-lasting. The stainless steel appliances beautifully compliments the coffee table with glass and metal that captures the eye in the living room. Guests in this residence can choose to dine at the extra large bar or have dinner outside, enjoying the privacy and luxury of an extended balcony overlooking the city with its’ breathtaking views. The living room and kitchen are accessible to a big, personal master bedroom that also contains floor-to-ceiling windows as well as chic warm colored decorations to accompany an elevated platform-based plush mattress. An attached private bathroom with a bathtub and a stand-up shower provides this space with a thorough take that keeps comfort in mind. RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at the time of booking.

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire one bedroom, one bath condo. There is free guest parking on the premises for one vehicle only, and a key fob will be provided to access the parking garage and entry into the building during your stay.

Experience: We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with Kenden Stays. To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in an initial $500 fine for each. Additionally, the initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 for each, and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds. In an effort to protect the host and guest, we may ask to see a photo ID at the time of your arrival and or a guest registration form will be required to fill out, and a copy of the photo ID will be required. Please keep in mind that this dwelling is in a building that is connected to other residences so please keep in mind that minor noises may be heard. Please note that a government photo ID will be requested prior to booking, and a mandatory registration form will be provided for you to complete as well prior to check-in.
