This condo has tile floors in the main area and bathroom, and brand new tile in the 2 bedrooms. Gulfview is great for families as it has a large shallow pool and heated hot tub.

We allow up to 8 in this 2 bedroom, 1 full bath condo

Brand new furniture and white quartz counters + all new stainless appliances as of Jan 2022

There are approximately 6 community BBQ pits by the pool with a nice veranda. Located on the 2nd floor, you can avoid time in elevators / waiting though there is one

Gulfview I is the nicer of the two Gulview complexes with a front desk & community center for playing cards & hanging out if rain. This condo was updated & repainted in 2021, kitchen new and new furniture 01/22 and is clean & new!

It feels very homey and all is functional 100% for your family

Note: please read House Rules on property as it has specific access wristbands that you put a $150 refundable deposit down to obtain. Once returned at check out by leaving on counter with parking permit you receive the deposit back as well as if no damages. This 150 is billed prior to arrival via the airbnb resolution center you must go there to approve to receive door code.

Additionally you must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking

This property is value priced as the bit of a run around created by the HOA at Gulfview I pertaining to their plastic condo wristbands that they operate as a profit center and charge if not returned. It's not a major deal but we do want it known up front.

Please understand in March it's a different deal no matter what your age property charges $30 in cash per person
to security at the property for the security wristband fee qt check in... we have nothing to do with it be prepared to pay!

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.

We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.

Additionally any guests that are NOT 25 years of age or older are required to place down an additional $500 fully refundable damage deposit that is billed after booking is made.

Please do NOT book if you do not agree to complete the docusign OR if you are under 25 years of age and will not comply with the additional damage deposit requirement.

Please note: in the months of March and Easter weekend, the property charges a non refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees. This is a HOA fee and NOT our fee. You can buy them in cash from security OR if you wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them on your behalf. Again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of age. Thank you
