Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 is a rare single-level unit that offers a spectacular and luxurious experience. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features panoramic ocean views that extend from Molokai to Honolua Bay, visible right when you walk in.
The unit is tastefully decorated, including a stunning entertainment console and a koa wood desk/workspace with ocean views. The tropically appointed living room is sleek and cool, making it a great place to hang out and entertain. Both master bedrooms have private lanais and ensuite baths with walk-in showers, providing a comfortable and private retreat.
The updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals, featuring granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. Stay cool on warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. While on the lanai, take in the sights, smells, and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you'll be astonished by epic sunsets, whether you choose to dine in or out.
Both bathrooms in the master and second bedroom feature walk-in, tiled showers, oversized mirrors, granite countertops, and personal sinks that offer plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area. There is a third half-bathroom located in the hallway with a stacked washer and dryer. Additionally, the villa provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience.
Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 offers 1,529 square feet of interior living space and is located in the heart of Kapalua, close to many of Maui's top beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Honolua Bay. Enjoy wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps away from the villa.
The property features 2 tennis courts, 3 pools, and BBQ areas, all available for guest use and enjoyment. There is plenty of free parking and no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore within walking distance, including the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking Trail.
PLEASE NOTE: The stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Building 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17, 2025, through December 19, 2025, due to safety concerns.
The closure is necessary because of the degraded condition of the stair handrails, which pose a safety risk. The existing rail system will be demolished and replaced, and the work will involve jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting, resulting in elevated noise levels in the area. The buildings most affected by this work will be buildings 20 and 21.
During this time, guests and owners can access the beach via the beach trail, which starts on the ocean side of Building 36. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai'i, providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
