4 Queen's is a home away from home. Home is cozy and spacious. This property is only 10 min away from tourist areas, 20 min away from the beach. Home is securely gated, if you park cars close enough you can fit up to 4 cars inside drive.
way. You can have up to ten people, home has four bedrooms and one studio and four full bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs, it has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with bedroom downstairs and guest. Three bedrooms are upstairs.

All rooms are spacious and cozy. The house also has a small studio that is attached to the home on the second floor. Studio has its own entrance and has its own full bathroom that is not inside studio, but it is bellow studio. We also provide internet for our guest. This home will make.

HOUSE POLICIES
SMOKING: Please no smoking inside. You may do so outside, but please discard any in the trash.

TOWELS: We provide one towel per guest but have extras in the closet. Please do not use them for makeup cleaning, spillage, shoe cleaning, or any other purposes. If stained, a $20 fee will be charged for large towels and $7 of each of the smaller towels used for any other purpose than drying.

PILLOWS: Just as the towels, please keep all pillowcases and decorated pillows clean from makeup, mascara, etc. A fee of $10 fee will be charged if any of the pillows become damage from any sort of substance.

BEDDING: Please do not spill or clean anything with them. Cleaning then becomes a hassle and often times tuff stains may be hard to take off. If this is the case, a fee of $15 will be charged for any damage bedding.


Trash and Cleaning Rule:

We understand that during your stay, there may be some mess, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness. Please be mindful of the following:

Trash Disposal:

Dispose of any accumulated trash by placing it in a trash bag.
Place the trash bag outside the front door before your departure.
Alternatively, if accessible, utilize the trash can located outside the gates for disposal.
Failure to properly dispose of trash may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning Responsibility:

While some light cleaning is expected, please refrain from leaving the house in a state of disarray. If it appears that a significant mess has been left behind, such as after a party, an extra cleaning fee may be applied.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The "guest" acknowledges and understands that each staying is responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person, vehicle, or property while in residence and the owner (the host) does not accept legal or financial responsibility.
Guest assumes all risk of injury or other loss resulting from being at the property and will hold the host and owner harmless with respect hereto. Guest agrees to hold host and owner harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way result of the guest.
The host and or owner can't be held responsible for the failing of any other company due to the company's error or service interruption (i.e.electicity,water,gas,wifi). However, the host and or owner agree to do all that is possible to remedy any issue as quickly
as possible.
EXTRA GUEST(visitors) are not allowed other than the once on booking.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOT OR VIDEOS: If you want to have a set of professional photos or videos it must be authorize.
