Settle into this charming and spacious one bedroom condo that's been donned with upgrades and fantastic amenities. The complex has a gym, and a community pool for the warmer months, and is less than a 10 minute walk to the incredible shops, restaurants, and bars of 12 South! Nestled just minutes from downtown Nashville, The Gulch, Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont, you'll have every convenience at your fingertips in this beautiful space!

This is a corporate rental, available for stays of 31 days or longer.

Layout:
The main living area is spacious, with generous sunlight, large windows, a sectional sofa, and 55 inch TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, an island with two stools, a dining table for six, loads of cabinet space, and tile floors. There is a laundry room and two closets off the entry foyer. The bedroom has a queen bed, and large closet. There is a private office space that has doors and shades on all sides, and a convertible queen bed. The full bathroom has a two sink vanity with generous storage, and a tub/shower combo. There is a private fenced in patio with furniture. The condo is ground level with a private entrance directly off street as well as a main entrance inside the landscaped condo complex. The complex has a gym, pool, and off-street parking.

Neighborhood: 
Nestled within 12 South, just minutes from downtown Nashville, The Gulch, Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont, you'll have every convenience at your fingertips in this beautiful space! You'll only be a half mile to the 12 South restaurants and shops, .7 miles from Reservoir Park and Sevier Park. Check out Hattie B’s for hot chicken, Smiling Elephant for Thai, 8th and Roast for coffee, ML Rose for craft beer and burgers, Sinema for fancy brunch and dinner, First Watch for breakfast and lunch, and Publix for groceries; (all are under 1/8 mile.) 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
