Our unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra attention to disinfection for the safety of our guests.

Close to the pool , less than 2 minutes walking!

This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is stylishly decorated. The living room features wood flooring, while both bedrooms are carpeted.
The master suite offers a king-size bed and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two full/double beds and a ceiling fan. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room.

For families, we provide a portable crib, highchair, and umbrella stroller at no extra charge.
Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with a LED smart TV. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available.

The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, waffle maker, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, silverware, and more—everything to make it feel like home.

The two full bathrooms come with towels and a hairdryer.
For your convenience, there’s a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The condo is centrally heated and air-conditioned.

Located on the second floor, the condo boasts an open veranda with a stunning lake view. Elevators are available for easy access.
Free parking is provided in front of the building.

We are conveniently located within walking distance (about 20 minutes) of the Orlando Convention Center and close to popular attractions such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, The Orlando Eye, Walt Disney World, top-rated restaurants, and renowned shops.

Situated in the heart of the theme park area, we are 1 mile from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Universal Studios, and only 6 miles from Walt Disney World.
We are about 45 minutes from Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.

Yes, and yes. Two friends, two bedrooms, one dog. It was perfect.Beds and pillows are comfortable, shower is excellent, couch is super-comfy. Bedrooms are far enough apart that my friend couldn't hear my snoring. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, wine shop. And of course the overall facility and grounds are beautiful.I didn't realize we didn't need to check in at the Vista Cay main desk. Our host provided codes for the gate and door via email prior to arrival. We decided to extend our stay an extra day. One message through VRBO to our host and the matter was done. Excellent communication!

It was the perfect place to stay with 2 little kids. They enjoyed typing in the code to get in the room and we had everything we needed, even an umbrella stroller which was perfect when my 3 year old hurt his foot at the water park. We enjoyed the balcony and the walking paths around the lake. The pool was great too! The zero entry was perfect for my 3 year old and the water was nice and warm. The only thing I would have liked is to have a place a little closer to Universal Studios but we would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately we may have to bring our elderly dog next time so may have to find a different dog friendly place but we loved it!

We had a great stay for 3 and a half weeks! The property was exactly as the pictures show and had a nice view of the lake. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our long visit in Orlando. We had an issue with the washing machine and management addressed this issue immediately with a replacement washing machine! The location is super convenient to the parks and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and walks around the lake. Additionally, if you're a golfer there is a nice public access resort across the main street. We would definitely stay again!

Check in was seamless. The place was beautiful and clean. Perfect location! My only feedback is that there was not enough towels. One wash cloth per bathroom and 2 towels are not enough for a week stay. I did use the washer and drier, however they both were not working right. It took 3 cycles to dry 4 towels. Also, one dishwasher tab and kitchen garbage bag is very frugal. I have stayed in at least a dozen AbNb and have always had a kitchen and bathroom stocked with extras. I wouldn't recommend this place if you plan to cook in the kitchen and shower more than once in the bathroom. Theres too much that you need to buy to make cooking meal possible. I had to buy wash cloths and towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods. All the other places that I have stayed at have always had basic cooking oils/sprays, seasonings, more than one kitchen towels, extra rolls of toilet paper, I had to buy extra of everything that is a basic essential. The frugality of this place made things harder than it needed to be.

Ana’s place was perfect! A home away from home. It was clean, peaceful and stocked with all the kitchen items needed to cook meals at home. The pools were beautiful and were the perfect place to retreat after a long day at the conference center. We look forward to booking again next summer!

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. There was noises we could hear in an above location in the evenings. It could have been due to work being done or running up and down steps but but it was bearable. Host responded to concerns promptly.

Perfect location

This review is for the property we stayed in , and not the one listed or we booked. There was some mix up but Ana was able to resolve it quickly and move us to different and upgraded unit.
