A lot of nostalgia in this 1979 Home!
Throwback decor with modern amenities makes for a relaxing getaway on Riverfront Drive. Approximately 100 steps to beachfront with a community boat launch 2 residential blocks away. Located 15 minutes from Laughlin Casinos and Lake Mojave in
quiet, safe and friendly community.
Enjoy this peaceful 2 bed/2 bath home with thoughtful decor located in historic Holiday Shores. For your stay, we offer a Cal-King size bed in the master bedroom with on-suite. Queen w/Trundle in 2nd Bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom. Four (4) Smart TVs are located throughout the home, as well as Free WiFi (100 Mpbs) w/Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. You and your guests will have ample off-street parking for cars / river & desert Toys.
Living Room:
The entire room is decorated in casual and comfortable Throw-Back nostalgia. The living room is a great space for the complete family. Kids entertainment area includes a 60" Smart TV. Board Games are available for fun with the kids (Chess, Monopoly, and Scrabble).
Breakfast Nook:
The quaint nook features period correct low-boy seating which is directly attached to the kitchen; for family bonding time and where friends gather. Seats (4) comfortably.
Dining Area:
The large dining room table seats (4) people for a formal feast. The open concept kitchen and dining has an abundance of natural light, that can combine these two eating areas for larger parties.
Kitchen:
Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your family meals.
Crock Pot, Coffee Maker/Keurig, Blender, Toaster, pots and pans, lobster pot, and cooking/eating utensils. Basic spices available. Dish soap, dishwasher pods and basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Den and Wet Bar:
The Den has a comfy sectional to enjoy the 60" Smart TV with Streaming Services. The Wet Bar seats (3) and allows for great conversation with guests in the Den, Dining Room, and Kitchen Area.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a Cal-King size bed with extra comfy bedding and plenty of pillows. Armoire and Dresser with an abundance of drawers available for your belongings. There is a 50" Smart TV with Streaming Services. The bathrooms will be supplied with towels.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom has a king trundle bed. This bed is a shapeshifter! You are able to choose which configuration best suits your guests. Choose between three configurations: King bed only / King with a Twin trundle pull out / Three twin beds. Plenty of pillows and plush, cozy bedding. Full size dresser for all your belongings. There is a 50" Smart TV with Streaming Services. The homes second full bathroom is attached to the bedroom, and also serves as a guest bath.
Laundry:
We have a washer and a dryer in the house and it's free for you to use. Laundry soap and fabric softener is provided.
Patio / Backyard:
The patio has chairs for you to enjoy the outdoors. BBQ grill and utensils are readily available.
Cars / River & Desert Toy Parking:
The property is located directly across the street from the Colorado River. There is parking for River & Desert Toys and Boat Launches are within a few residential blocks.
This is our vacation home as well, so PLEASE, treat the home with care! We ask that you leave the home in the condition it was found upon check-in. Cleaning includes sanitation and disinfection after each guest visit. We value your comfort and safety; the property has an entry door camera and (2) additional motion sensor flood light cameras. All cameras record video and audio when activated by motion. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
