The open, fully stocked kitchen with counter bar provides excellent proximity to the upstairs living room and is a great place to enjoy company after a day on the lake. The new stationary dock, with mooring whips, large sundeck, and easy-access stairs into the water is great for swimming, fishing, boating or just relaxing. The house is close to the water with very few steps to the dock. There are times, especially in the off season, when the silence is almost deafening. It is convenient to both metro Birmingham and Atlanta.
The secluded cove provides quiet privacy and protection from many of the waves on the main channel, allowing for a swimming or floating spot. It also provides quick and easy access to both marinas for all your boating needs. Several Wedowee dining spots, grocery/drug stores as well as the hospital are just a few minutes away. There are also two boat ramps nearby, one adjacent to the property. Bedrooms provide space for up to 17. The spacious master has views of the lake, a walkout deck, a walk-in closet and a master bath complete with dual vanity sink, shower and a deep soaker tub. Upstairs includes two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a twin bed. The other has 4 twin beds. The nicely appointed bathroom is in-between the bedrooms.
The terrace level includes an additional living room, second master king bedroom with bathroom, and a bunkroom featuring two triple bunks. It is a perfect spot for the kids or another family to join you. The home uses a T-Mobile wireless device for internet and streaming.
