✓ It is not beachfront, although getting to the beach is extremely easy!
✓ Our pool is not heated, although is comfortably swimmable almost all year round!

Whether you just want to relax on your plush king-sized bed, take a dive in our newly installed pool, catch a nap on the plush wrap around couch, or get some work done at your personal office space, this pool house has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The home comfortably sleeps seven people with two king beds, one twin futon, and one queen-sized air mattress as well. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one story home, so all bedrooms are located on the ground floor where we have two full, sparkling clean washrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

The outdoor space has everything you could desire - comfortable patio furniture, a grill for whipping up some delicious BBQ, loungers to catch some rays, and a brand new pool to cool off during those warm Florida days!

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit four cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area!

We live about an hour and a half away but are happy to help with things as needed!

Our home is less than one mile from several beaches on A1A, from small to large with full amenities, the beach that suites you awaits. The location is hard to beat as you're walking distance to several restaurants, the public library and various parks.

This area offers something to every traveler: plentiful parks, oceanside escapes, romantic sunset restaurants, and hometown shopping.

● A short walk away is Gleason Park, a 27-acre sprawling green park area with a recreation center, outdoor heated public pool, 2 playgrounds, a gopher tortoise sanctuary, bike & walking paths, an exercise area w/ equipment, and a lakeside nature trail -- There’s definitely something here for the whole family!
● The local Publix grocery is only a 6 minute drive from our home
● Swing through Corey’s bagels for THE best bagels and killer sandwiches
● Set up camp at Millennium Beach Park or surf at Pelican Beach
● After a day at the beach or on the boat, head back home to freshen up, maybe take a dip in the pool and enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio!

Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the townhome.

Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $250 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
