Enjoy the peace and relaxed vibes of multiple seating areas, including a well-equipped game room upstairs. Central air conditioning, tile-style floors, and classic Florida white walls create a cool space throughout. Helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer and room-darkening shades will help you relax on your schedule. Need to finish some work? One desk workspace downstairs and two in the upstairs game room make it easy to complete remote assignments. The semi-open kitchen features upscale appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar that features room for guests to help prep or indulge in some drinks. All bedrooms in this home are upstairs, so you don't have to worry about waking everyone up by chatting late. When you do decide to turn in for the night, every bedroom features a TV for cozy lounging as you drift off to sleep.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
