After passing the entrance door, a 50 meters drive brings you to your home that consists of two beautifully restored ibizencan fincas, surrounded by a huge outdoor lounge area and a large and spacious pool.

The two fincas accommodate up to 14 persons in 5 bedrooms, while the beauty of the architecture of the rooms lies in an overwhelmingly flexible distribution of all different types of guests, such as single persons, couples, families or simply all together at once.

Three bedrooms are designed as classic double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms are designed as small apartments that accommodate up to four persons each with ensuite bathrooms, of course, and small kitchens and
living room areas.

All rooms are ground floor, with their own private entrance for maximum privacy and just one step away from the pool and the lounge areas. Each of the rooms transports everything what you would expect from a typical ibizencan finca, using massive wooden materials, rich in antique furniture, maintaining the old and rough stone structure but paired with all the modern amenities that you would expect from your cozy and laid-back Ibiza experience, such as modern speaker systems, osmose freshwater systems, high speed internet, etc.

But this is just the start! As guests of this estate, you have the exclusive opportunity to use a beautifully situated and covered Sala - for your private dinners, yoga classes or personal training sessions. On top of this, and this is definitely unique for Ibiza, you have optional access to an outdoor cinema, where you can organize super private and exclusive movie or Sports nights are broadcasted through a 15 m2 LED screen.
Maximum entertainment is guaranteed. Exclusively included for our guests is the usage of the detached wooden bar, just beside the cinema, always stocked with water and soft drinks at no additional charge.

This family run estate consists of an additional house, visually detached on the north end of the estate with a separate entrance, where the staff lives that´s maintaining this huge 1.6-hectare estate. This won´t intervene with your privacy, but you should be aware of.

Included in your rental price is a daily cleaning service at your individual convenience and a standby concierge & event team that can prepare daily breakfast, private lunches or dinners, helps you with setting up the entertainment system, etc. and even organizing and scheduling your personal private events.
