Newly built in 2020, this two-story home in Belgrade provides a gorgeous view of snow-capped mountains and a wonderful home base for your fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and rafting adventures in Bozeman, the beautiful Gallatin Valley, and the stunning Montana landscapes that await just beyond.

This 3,000-square-foot home is part of Prescott Ranch, a brand-new community of Belgrade with a neighborhood park just around the corner. You'll be only a mile north of Main Street and two miles from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. It's a location that's incredibly central for unforgettable excursions: 12 miles to downtown Bozeman, 27 miles to Bridger Bowl Ski Area, and an easy day trip to Big Sky (45 miles) and Yellowstone National Park (90 miles).

After a summer day spent soaking in the Bozeman Hot Springs or exploring Canyon Ferry Lake, come home to enjoy an expansive, fenced backyard where your children and dogs can play. Outside on the patio, enjoy alfresco dinners at sunset.

Other smart home features include a central home-wide humidifier (new and user-controlled from 0% - 60%) , while the PlayStation 5 provides entertainment for kids and adults alike.
