mit sĂŒdlicher Sicht auf den Golf von Mexiko vom erhöhten Deck. Sehen Sie Pleasure Pier nach Osten vom erhöhten Deck aus. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenĂŒber.
Befindet sich hinter "The Spot Restaurant and Bars". The Spot bietet Live-Bands an den meisten Freitagen, Samstagen und Sonntagen sowie an Feiertagen (4. Juli, Memorial Day, Cinco de Mayo usw.). Sie können die Live-Musik genießen, wĂ€hrend Sie auf Ihrem eigenen erhöhten Deck sitzen.
In zentraler Lage zu den wichtigsten Restaurants, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Clubs.
Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber. Holzböden werden auch unter den Möbeln von Hand gewischt. "Alle" BettwÀsche werden nach jedem Gast gewaschen; Sogar die Decken.

Second stay here just as good as the first!

My family stayed at the seawall cabana last year for spring break and were happy that it was available again this spring break! My kids love the beach toys and chairs and the location is great to the beach and things in town. The owner is the nicest and responds to everything promptly. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It is a great location. The private parking is so convenient The Host, Pam, thought of everything we could have needed including boogie boards and sand castle toys. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great which was very much appreciated after spending a day at the beach in July. Wish we could have stayed longer! We easily walked to Pleasure Pier, the beach, and restaurants.

Wonderful house with great location

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seawall Cabana. The house was very clean and the perfect size for the 4 of us. We had a great time sitting on the elevated deck with the view of Pleasure Pier and we also liked sitting on the spacious front porch. The owner made some great restaurant recommendations which enhanced our trip as well. It was easy to cross the street to get to the beach.

Wonderfully cozy and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants was a huge plus! Very short walking distance to The Spot restaurant, and after dinner we made our way to the shore for a moonlit walk. The home was well equipped and met all our needs, exceeding expectations. Wonderfully close to the beach, did I mention? We plan to come back and book this place again!

Great house in Galveston!!!!

This is our fifth year to stay in this wonderful house in Galveston. The house is located right in the heart of Galveston’s restaurant and nightlife, walking distance to the Pleasure Pier and just right across the street from the beach. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and will make sure your stay is the best. I recommend this house to everyone!

Amazing weekend trip!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The house was so close to the beach and The Spot and a short drive to the Strand. We had everything we needed at the house. Perfect Weekend Getaway

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of our favorite vrbo homes. My husband and I took a trip for our Anniversary. Upon arrival were welcomed by a beautifully decorated and refreshing bottle of Pinot Grigio! The property owner was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We had two great evenings here and the home was beautifully decorated in a vintage Galveston fashion that is definitely worth experiencing. We truly enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of many of many of the venues. The view of the ocean and the pier from the deck was a plus.

Perfect location for family with toddler

Our experience at the Seawall Cabana was very pleasant. Pam has provided me information regarding the property and recommendations on activities and food even before our arrival date. The property is very clean. Our 3yo enjoyed the beach toys and the games in the house. And you cannot beat the location, especially during a holiday weekend. We were walking distance to the beach and the parade, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. While it is next to a hotel and a restaurant/bar, we were not bothered by noise and fireworks once we were inside. I definitely recommend this place.

Clean, cute, safe, steps to the beach

This cute little house is just as described. It is across the street from the beach, and right in the heart of the action. There is a parking spot on the property, which is a big plus. You can easily see the Pleasure Pier and the water from the back deck. It is an easy walk to the Pier and several restaurants, you'll need a car if you want to go to the historic strand (which you should visit). The house is homey, the kitchen is functional (you're not going to cook Thanksgiving dinner here, but for quick breakfast and lunch it is perfect). Although every part of the house was sparkling clean, the linens and towels are a bit worn. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed for comfort (we didn't sleep on any of the bunk beds). The only thing to pay attention to about this house is the location. It is literally right behind a restaurant (as stated in the description) which adds sounds and smells to the back deck. The owner was very responsive and flexible and easy to deal with. We didn't have any issues, but if we had, I'm sure she would have fixed them. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.

First, Pam is a wonderful person and great host. The accuracy of the online listing is very high. Had we not read all of the reviews we could have been disappointed, however. So come on in with your eyes wide open. It is across the street from the beach and walking distance to the pleasure pier and many other places. That's a huge plus for us. The house is really cute. It is a very noisy location, however. Bands at the Spot on weekends, garbage trucks very early in the ally right by the bedroom wall going to the Spot. Delivery trucks to the Spot all the time and early in the morning. The deck in the back is as advertised but there are times that the aroma of garbage from the Spot restaurant is a bit much, especially with flocks of seagulls dive bombing the same. Sometimes the aroma of good food is very nice, however. And sometimes, and most of the time, it's just the aroma of the gulf that you experience. So this is a place where you take the good with the bad, like all places. The front porch is amazing for people watching when the back porch is not so fun. The house has the feeling of Galveston and that's what we loved. Again, the close proximity to everything, including the beach, was a major draw for us. I hope this is a fair and balanced review. Said all this, we would definitely stay there again.

Having stayed in thousands of hotels during her airline career, she knows what people want....clean and comfortable accommodations, in a good location.

Pam strives to treat her guests with fairness, honesty and prompt, timely communication.

She has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1986. Graduated from University of Texas Arlington with a degree in Political Science.
Grew up on a ranch in the small northeast Texas town of DeKalb near Texarkana. Lived in Hurst near Dallas before moving to Galveston.

Location, location, location! 1/2 blk to beach. Close to restaurants, bars and amusement parks (Schlitterbahn, 6 miles), Pleasure Pier, 1/2 mile approx. And so much more. Free Skate board park, tennis courts and playground at 28th and Seawall Blvd at McGuire Dent Rec Center. Community pool and water park, Lasker Park, at 43rd and Ave. Q. When you get tired of the Gulf, go to the wonderful pool. View of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own elevated deck.
