Beachside Breeze @ Sterling Breeze Resort offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths w/ a separate bunk nook area: Sleeps 6 people max.
This unit is located on the 21st floor and offers Gulf Views from the master bedroom suite & living room, both with walk outs to the large balcony. Sterling Breeze amenities include a gulf-front overflow edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool side internet cafe & wine bar, and covered parking. Sterling Breeze is located less than 1/4 of a mile from Pier Park, featuring popular restaurants, amusements and shopping. Also, it's less than a mile from Frank Brown Park, PCB's premier recreational park.
The Property:
Living Room: Spacious living Room with Sofa, Love Seat & TV.
Dining Area: Table & Chairs for 6 w/ extra seating at the bar area
Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.
Master Bedroom Suite: King Bed, Smart TV W/ Private Bath (Shower & 2 Separate Sink Areas) and separate entrance to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & TV
Bunk Nook: Twin / Twin Bunk Beds for children only.
Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower Combo w/ Toilet
Parking: Max 2 Cars Per booking: The resort will collect $50.00 each for parking passes. Register before you arrive or register for them when you arrive at the resort. The packet will also include 6 wristbands. Wristbands are required to be worn on property at all times all people 12 years or older.

This unit no longer offers a grill.
We provide a Starter Pack only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay. IE: Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Dish Soap, Laundry Pods, etc.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 6 people max, absolutely no exceptions.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we find an animal in the unit at the time of the guests stay that guest will be automatically evicted & the guest will be responsible for a $500.00 fine. Any evidence found during inspection of an animal being inside the unit the guest will be a charged a violation fee of $500.00.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
