Small traditional house in Asfendiou Kos

The house was built back in 1909, in the village of Asfendiou. It has been completely renovated,keeping its traditional elements,while incorporating the necessary modern amenities.
Located at the foot of mountain Dikaios ,at an altitude of 250 meters, it is 14 km away from Kos town,18km from the airport and 7km from the nearest beach (Tigaki).
It is built of stone while it is plastered on the exterior.
It consists of a single space, including a kitchen,a sofa a bathroom ,a raised wooden double bed and a lower resting area.Under the bed there is a storage space.
If necessary a small mattress for a little child can be placed near the double bed.
There is a stone courtyard to the south,which has roses and few trees,overlooking the mountain.
The house can accommodate up to 2 adults with a small child and it is ideal for relaxing holidays in nature.
There is also a second ,semi detached house"Traditional house in Asfendiou" which can accommodate up to 4 adults. They can be booked separately or together.
The area is very peaceful. At a distance of 1.5km lies the village Zia with nice taverns and shops.There you can see the best sunset view, while enjoying your dinner.
Near the house there are some fascinating hiking trails through the forest.
