Take a trip to the many nearby shops and restaurants/eateries and unwind for a while with some delicious food and a much-needed shopping spree, then treat the kids to some miniature golf as well—all within walking distance!

This vacation rental boasts a number of brilliant amenities, sure to make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in and plop your luggage onto the floor. Take a refreshing swim in the on-site pool, then dry off in front of the gas grill as you throw some patties on for a good old-fashioned barbecue session. Since this home is located at the end of the unit, it also comes with upgraded appliances for your convenience. Settle down on the patio area and kick up your feet for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Fireplace is not for guest use.
Pool is only open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
