The Space:
Step into the welcoming, well-equipped dine-in kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, which flows seamlessly into a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. Upstairs, the loft area boasts a queen-sized bed, a relaxing soaker tub, and a small sitting area, all offering stunning views. An additional double pullout bed is also available. Enjoy the picturesque harbor view from two chairs placed near the large bay windows. The upstairs bathroom features a stand-up shower, a sink, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Outside, both upper and lower decks provide comfortable seating and a BBQ on the lower deck.

The Neighborhood:
Legges Hill Loft is nestled in a part of Twillingate called Durrell. Locals refer to it as "Down Arm" or "Down Durrells". Durrell was one of three communities that amalgamated to form the Town of Twillingate in the early nineties. The home sits on Farmer's Arm, a small inlet where the local fishermen come and go. The home is about 1.5 km from the heart of Twillingate, where you'll find most of the restaurants, shops, etc.

Getting Around:
Most visitors to Twillingate arrive by car, and a car is needed to take in all the sights. That said, it's a beautiful area to walk around.
