BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom is located upstairs off of the private loft space. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a full spacious closet, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and sink. This second-story bedroom offers superior unobstructed views of the Stadium Course.
BEDROOM 3: The third bedroom is located downstairs separated from the master suite and offers a twin-sized bed with a pull-out twin trundle and a full spacious closet. Private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and sink. This bedroom is ideal for anyone sharing a space while still having their own bed.
LOFT: Upstairs loft with 65" TV and queen sleeper sofa. Full bathroom located upstairs off of bedroom 2 with tub/shower combo and sink. Airbed is also available for additional sleeping arrangements.
LIVING ROOM: Large Sofa with fireplace and frame TV. The living room features an incredible sliding glass wall that opens the entire interior to the exterior for indoor/outdoor living.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with oversized kitchen island. Brand new stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas range. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, and air fryer. Essential dining, cooking, and serving necessities include plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can openers, wine openers, measuring spoons, and more. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

The Instagram-worthy private pool features an oversized tanning shelf with loungers, an umbrella for sun and shade, and a spillover spa. The beautifully landscaped backyard overlooks the Stadium Course and features a covered outdoor living room, private putting green, and Traeger Grill.
This home is fully furnished with cable/Netflix/Amazon Prime TV and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home:
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home - 8. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball, and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

Check-in is after 3 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.

HOW WILL I ACCESS THE HOME?
A keyless entry system is located on the door. A personalized access code will be given to use for the duration of your stay.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICES?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes!
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
Yes! The property address can be provided ahead of time if you want to ship any packages for extra festival fun. Just label the package with your reservation name!
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE AN OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM?
No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND WILL BE CONSIDERED INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS OF ANY KIND.
