Primary Renter Requirements:
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be staying in the unit. Guests may be asked to provide identification upon arrival or during their stay. This unit cannot be rented for another party.

Parking & Garage Policy:

Parking Garage: On the north side of Front Beach Road. Park in any non-reserved spot.

Parking Permits: Guests receive one deck pass and one overflow pass. Additional passes cost $35 (plus tax) per permit.

Oversized Vehicles: Must use the overflow lot.

Permit Guidelines:

Include your unit number, 30a Seascapes as the rental company, and the reservation dates on the permit.

Affix the permit to the rearview mirror; it must remain visible throughout your stay.

If your stay is extended, update your parking pass at security.

Wristbands:

Required for access to onsite amenities (ages 10+).

Lost wristbands cannot be replaced; consider bringing them to areas requiring them.

Important House Rules:

Non-negotiable: No smoking/vaping, no pets, no parties/events, no firearms

Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am

Wi-Fi: Not guaranteed; no refunds for Wi-Fi issues. You may bring your own hotspot if needed.

Additional Notes:

No luggage racks inside the unit. Please return luggage carts after use.
